Okay, so in Science class yesterday we were talking about sleep cycles and melatonin and my science teacher said, “if you’re trying to sleep, avoid one colour. Blue. Your melatonin levels decrease when looking at the colour blue because it’s the colour of the sky.” GUYS, I KNOW WHY NONE OF US SLEEP. TUMBLR IS BLUE.

It angers me to see people on facebook and the news exploit other peoples sufferings. Yes, what happened today was a terrible thing. But you dont have to post pictures of other people’s misfortunes all over the place. What if you were one of those people and suddenly saw your photo the next day all over the internet and facebook of yourself lying on the ground in pain and covered in blood? This kind of exploitation makes me sick. Stop posting your photos and go help someone instead…
